Day of Caring 2017 is May 13th

Time to register as a volunteer!

For Day of Caring this year all volunteers will be working on the new Bedford Community Garden, getting it prepared for this planting season.  The garden is on the corner of H St. and 5th St.  The future plan for the garden will be posted at the site and includes a playground, shelter house, restrooms, walking track, fruit trees and, of course, plots where you can grow vegetables.  But right now it's a blank canvas.  To make sure we have enough food and a shirt that fits you please fill out the registration form.  If you are under 18 you must have a parent sign a waiver.  Just print it out, have a parent or guardian sign it and bring it to Day of Caring.
