Sites are not able to assist, if in 2025, you owned or sold rental property, sold a business, had more than $35,000 in business expenses, had business loss, or bought/sold stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or cryptocurrency. Visit our Free File page for online free tax preparation assistance. Sites below are not able to assist in these tax scenarios.
Did you receive unemployment income in 2025? It is likely you will owe some amount when you file your tax return. Ask your tax preparer about how to set up a payment plan to help you repay the tax you owe.

* LOW INCOME TAXPAYER CLINIC
New this year: Indiana Legal Services’ Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) will offer walk-in tax consultations at the Bloomington City Hall site during regular operating hours.
The LITC assists Indiana residents who are experiencing tax-related issues with the IRS by providing education, advocacy, and, when appropriate, representation. While the clinic is funded by an IRS grant, it operates independently of the IRS and does not typically prepare tax returns.
Contact info: Email tax.clinic@ilsi.net or call ILS intake line at (844) 243-8570, Mon-Thurs 10 am-2 pm.
